BC420 Dip Pallet Jig Cleaning Machine utilizes a dual-action cleaning method combining ultrasonic vibration and spray washing. It follows a standard workflow of detergent cleaning, DI water rinsing, and hot air drying, capable of processing 4~6 jigs per batch. During operation, jigs are secured on a rotary holder and rotated 360°. This ensures that solder paste residues inside the jigs are thoroughly removed from all angles.
