Following a standard workflow of solder paste cleaning fluid washing, DI water rinsing, and hot air drying, it can clean 6 to 12 squeegees in a single batch. During the cleaning process, squeegees are fixed on a special holder that rotates synchronously, thoroughly removing solder paste residues from the gaps between squeegees and the holder, as well as from both ends of the squeegees, achieving dead-angle-free cleaning and ensuring the reuse accuracy of squeegees.

BC420 Dip Pallet Jig Cleaning Machine utilizes a dual-action cleaning method combining ultrasonic vibration and spray washing. It follows a standard workflow of detergent cleaning, DI water rinsing, and hot air drying, capable of processing 4~6 jigs per batch. During operation, jigs are secured on a rotary holder and rotated 360°. This ensures that solder paste residues inside the jigs are thoroughly removed from all angles.
