Wave Soldering Fixture Cleaning Machine: Automatic & High-Efficiency Cleaning

Introduction

Fixture cleaning machine, also known as carrier cleaning machine, is mainly used for cleaning various workpieces, such as wave soldering fixtures, reflow pallets, condensers, removing solder paste, oil, dust and other contaminants on the surface of equipment parts.

The machine adopts high-pressure spray cleaning, high-pressure spray rinsing, high-pressure air knife drying and high-flow hot-air drying in a rotating basket to ensure excellent cleaning performance.

Advantages

  • One-button operation: full automatic cleaning process, automatic liquid filling and draining, no manual operation required.
  • Low power consumption, low noise, pollution-free, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
  • All-stainless steel structure, compact footprint.
  • Workpieces are dry and clean after cleaning, ready for next process, with much better effect than manual cleaning.
  • 720° rotating and all-directional spraying, no dead ends.
  • Large batch capacity, greatly saving labor.
  • Integrated functions: cleaning, rinsing, air cutting and drying.
  • Liquid filling/draining and cleaning/rinsing time can be set via HMI.
  • Real-time circulating filtration system for cleaning and rinsing.
  • Dual-pump and dual-circuit design; spraying is performed in a sealed chamber, improving liquid utilization and reducing cost.
  • Spray nozzle pressure monitorable during cleaning to ensure stable cleaning effect.

Functions of Fixtures

Many fixtures are customized for commercial demands: to improve productivity, repeat specific actions and enhance efficiency.

Basic functions of over-soldering fixtures:

  • Protect gold fingers from contamination.
  • Cover and protect SMD components on the solder side, leaving only DIP pins for soldering.
  • Prevent PCB bending and deformation.
  • Multi-cavity design allows multiple PCBs to pass through the oven at the same time, doubling efficiency.
  • Prevent solder overflow and contamination on PCB.

Performance Comparison

Traditional manual and solvent cleaning only achieve 60%–70% efficiency.

Automatic fixture cleaning is globally recognized as a highly efficient and effective method, with cleaning efficiency over 97% and highest cleanliness level.

It achieves excellent results even for complex-shaped parts that are difficult to clean manually or by other methods.
