AC630 OfflinePCBA Cleaning Machine for SIP BGA CSP QFN Flux Residue Removal

The SPERTAR AC630 cleaning machine is specially designed for automatic cleaning of flux residues under SIP modules, as well as beneath PCBA boards assembled with precision components such as BGA, CSP and QFN. It meets the cleaning requirements of all types of solder flux.
The AC630 adopts the process of water-based detergent cleaning, DI water rinsing and hot air drying.
It features an ultra-stable structural design: during operation, the PCBA products move back and forth with fixtures, while spray bars and air knives remain stationary. This keeps the pressure of cleaning and rinsing spraying stable, ensuring constant operating temperature of the equipment and high-quality cleaning results in daily use.
The AC630 applies vertical spraying cleaning, which is perfectly suitable for flux cleaning of PCBs with fine-pitch components and flip-chip devices.
Equipped with dual tracks and two complete sets of cleaning zones on the left and right sides, each cleaning zone contains 4 high-pressure cleaning spray bars and 4 professional drying air knives. It can process two rows of products simultaneously, effectively doubling the production capacity.

Full SUS304 stainless steel.

Two independent cleaning chamber.

Full-featured cleaning system compatible with various types of solder flux cleaning requirements.

Vertical spray cleaning and rinsing design, ideal for remove the flux under bottom components.

Stable motion structure: fixtures move back and forth while spray bars and air blades remain fixed during operation.

Separate pumps and pipelines for cleaning and rinsing.

Real-time monitoring and adjustable parameters including cleaning/rinsing/drying time, temperature of detergent, rinse water and hot air, spray pressure, rinsing cycles and DI water resistivity, all displayed and controlled via software.

Cleaning solution adopts circulation filtration reuse; rinse water supports open-loop or closed-loop operation.

Each chamber is equipped with 4 parallel spray bars and 4 air blades on both left and right sides.

One-touch automatic operation: cleaning, rinsing and drying complete automatically according to preset programs.

Visual displays each step of the automatic cleaning process clearly.

Monitoring window on the cleaning chamber.

Liquid pressure gauges installed to monitor pressure of cleaning, rinsing and filter tank in real time.

Pneumatic diaphragm pump equipped for automatic liquid filling and draining functions.

Multiple safety protections: over-temperature protection, high/low liquid level control, overload protection and safety interlock for cleaning chamber door.

Optional MES system.

Optional barcode scanner.

Optional detergent concentration real-time detection & auto-compensation device to maintain concentration within the set range automatically.
