BC220 Reflow Oven Coller Condenser Cleaning Machine

BC220 Reflow Oven Condenser Cleaner is designed for the automatic removal of flux residues from condensers, filters, and ventilation racks in lead-free reflow soldering machines. Controlled by a PLC system, it automatically executes a complete cycle of cleaning, rinsing, and hot air drying. This machine ensures thorough cleaning while perfectly protecting the heat sink fins from damage, making it an essential tool for regular maintenance to restore thermal efficiency.

Features

Robust SUS304 Construction: built with fully welded SUS304 stainless steel using argon arc welding, the machine offers superior resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. Designed for a 15-year service life, all liquid-contacting parts (pipes, angle seat valves, pumps, and filter barrels) are made of SUS304 (no PVC/PPH used), guaranteeing zero leakage and pipe damage over time.
Massive Batch Capacity: features a 1200mm diameter circular cleaning basket, providing a large capacity to accommodate multiple condensers and filters for efficient batch processing.
3D Rotational Cleaning: the 3-directional spray system (Top, Bottom, Front) combined with 360° rotation ensures full coverage with no blind spots. It thoroughly removes flux residues from deep within the heat sink fins.
Dual-Station Cleaning Process: independent pipelines for washing and rinsing prevent cross-contamination. The integrated process—Solution Cleaning → Tap Water Rinsing → Hot Air Drying—ensures condensers are left spotless, dry, and odor-free.
Eco-Friendly Operation: PLC control enables one-button automatic operation, including automatic fluid filling and draining. A precision filtration system recycles fluids to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. A viewing window allows operators to monitor the process clearly.
