Working Principle
The High Temperature FFU continuously circulates hot process air through a high-temperature H14 filtration system.
Contaminated air enters the FFU and passes through the high-temperature filter media where particles and contaminants are captured. The cleaned hot air is then redistributed into the process chamber, creating a stable clean thermal environment.
This combination of high-temperature resistance and high-efficiency filtration ensures both thermal uniformity and contamination control throughout the manufacturing process.
