High Temperature H14 FFU 610×270×220mm | 304 Stainless Steel High Temp Fan Filter Unit, 500°C Heat Resistant

This integrated high-temperature FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is a dedicated high-heat clean air circulation device independently developed by SPERTAR, combining a high-temperature resistant fan system and built-in H14 high-efficiency filter as a single complete unit, widely matched with high-temperature clean rooms, industrial curing ovens and thermal production lines.

The FFU outer frame is fully constructed of 304 stainless steel, processed via full penetration continuous welding. All welding joints are polished and brushed to deliver a flat, seamless corrosion-resistant housing that resists thermal deformation under long-term extreme hot air environments. A full-perimeter high-temperature silicone sealing strip is installed between the FFU frame and internal high-temperature HEPA filter core, completely eliminating air bypass and leakage during continuous high-temperature operation.

The internal filter core adopts special high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter paper, capable of stable continuous operation under hot air temperatures up to 500°C without fiber shedding, deformation or attenuation of filtration performance. It reaches strict H14 filtration standard, intercepting 99.995% of 0.3–0.5μm ultrafine particles, effectively removing dust, tiny oil fumes and airborne contaminants in high-temperature circulating air.

This standard-size high temp FFU delivers a rated airflow of ≥700m³/h to meet large-volume clean air supply demands for thermal processing equipment. Its unified 610×270×220mm footprint supports modular stacking, rapid on-site installation and standardized batch replacement for production lines, greatly lowering maintenance downtime for high-temperature clean workshops.
