The installation and operation of this equipment must fully comply with national fire safety regulations and installation & environmental operation specifications for electrical equipment used in explosive gas atmospheres. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any failures, accidents or losses caused by non-compliant installation and operating environment.
2. Equipment fatigue, wearing parts loss, consumables replacement, equipment corrosion caused by corrosive solvents, damage from improper operation and poor maintenance, artificial damage and force majeure factors are not included in product quality warranty scope.

Product Overview & Working Principle

This explosion-proof solvent recovery machine is a professional industrial waste solvent regeneration device based on physical distillation and condensation principle. It is designed for recycling and reusing various organic waste solvents, effectively reducing industrial solvent consumption, cutting production costs and lowering hazardous waste discharge.
Working Flow:

1. Feed waste organic solvent into the recovery barrel;
2. The explosion-proof heating rod heats the heat transfer oil in the barrel interlayer, and the heat is evenly transferred to the waste solvent. The organic solvent is heated and vaporized from liquid to gaseous state;
3. The gaseous clean solvent enters the professional cooling system, condenses into liquid state and flows out, and is collected by the recovery container;
4. Residual waste residue is cleaned manually after the recovery process is completed.
Through closed distillation and cyclic cooling, the equipment realizes efficient purification and recycling of waste organic solvents, achieving resource reuse and green production.

Core Product Performance & Safety Features

1. Full Explosion-Proof Structure Design

The whole machine and core components adopt industrial-grade explosion-proof design, fully compliant with explosive gas environment operation standards. All electrical control systems and key parts including explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof heater and explosion-proof condensing fan adopt cast aluminum or steel plate welded fully sealed explosion-proof structure, completely avoiding spark contact with volatile solvents. The temperature display adopts non-contact design with no spark generation. All cable connectors are equipped with explosion-proof sealing and corrosion-resistant flexible hoses. The recovery barrel is made of high-quality stainless steel with double-layer indirect heating structure, reinforced barrel cover and precise temperature control, realizing anti-leakage and explosion-proof safety operation.

2. Set Temperature Automatic Shutdown Function

Equipped with precision temperature control shutdown module. After solvent recovery is completed, the solvent vapor in the steam pipeline gradually decreases and the vapor temperature drops, which triggers the automatic shutdown system. The display screen will scroll to show “Normal Shutdown” to realize full machine stop and ensure safe completion of single recovery operation.

3. 6-Stage Segmented Temperature Setting Function

The heating control system supports 6 independent temperature and time segmented settings according to user production demands. It realizes dynamic temperature adjustment with time, ensuring stable and uniform heating. This function is specially adapted for recycling mixed solvents and foaming solvents, solving the problem of uneven recovery of complex solvents and improving solvent purification quality and recovery rate.

4. Timed Shutdown Protection Function

Support preset equipment running time. When the machine reaches the preset working duration, the heating system will stop automatically. By reasonably setting the timing period, a small amount of solvent can be retained in the barrel after recovery to keep the residue in liquid state, which is convenient for residue cleaning. It effectively prevents dry burning and air explosion risks. The cooling system continues to work until the steam temperature drops to the safe shutdown temperature for full machine shutdown.

5. Standard High-Temperature Protection Function

Built-in heating temperature upper limit protection module. When the temperature deviation of heat transfer oil exceeds the standard upper limit (15°C deviation), the buzzer alarms, the display screen scrolls to show “Heat Conduction Oil Over Temperature”, and the heater stops heating immediately. It ensures the equipment operates within a safe temperature deviation range and avoids equipment damage caused by overheating.

6. Independent Ultra-High Temperature Protection Function

An independent ultra-high temperature protection module is configured separately from the main temperature control system. When the main temperature control module fails or has excessive errors, the alarm light turns on, the buzzer alarms, the heating system stops synchronously, and the touch screen displays “Heat Conduction Oil Ultra High Temperature”. Dual temperature protection design greatly improves equipment safety and avoids safety hazards caused by control system failure.

7. Overpressure Protection Function

In case of pipeline blockage and unsmooth steam discharge, the internal pressure of the recovery barrel will rise. When the internal pressure exceeds the external pressure by 0.38Bar, the safety valve on the barrel cover will automatically open for pressure relief, and the pressure switch will trigger linkage protection. The equipment stops heating and gives an alarm, with the screen scrolling to show “Over Pressure”. It thoroughly eliminates explosion risks caused by overpressure and protects equipment and operator safety.

8. Cooling Fault Protection Function

When the cooling system fails or the heating temperature is too high to completely condense the solvent, and the condenser temperature exceeds 50°C, the equipment will automatically stop heating and trigger an alarm, and the screen displays “Condenser Over Temperature”. It prevents uncondensed high-temperature solvent vapor from causing safety accidents and ensures stable operation of the cooling cycle system.
