Working Process
1. Filtration and Feeding: Industrial wastewater enters the equipment after being intercepted and filtered by the front-end feed filter to block crystal impurities and prevent pipeline blockage, ensuring smooth feeding.
2. Low-Temperature Vacuum Evaporation: The system forms a stable high negative pressure vacuum environment of -0.096~-0.098Mpa. The wastewater is heated by the immersed high-efficiency heat exchanger and evaporates steadily at 28-37℃ low temperature.
3. Vapor Condensation & Water Recovery: The evaporated water vapor is condensed and recovered into clean distilled water through the precision heat exchange system, with a recovery rate up to 90%-95% for recycling.
4. Concentrated Residue Discharge: High-concentration oil, flux and impurity residues that cannot be evaporated are automatically concentrated and settled, and the concentrated waste liquid is regularly discharged into the waste liquid barrel.
5. Automatic Maintenance & Operation: The equipment automatically feeds defoamer according to working conditions, matches automatic slag discharge and pipeline self-cleaning functions, and realizes continuous cycle operation without manual intervention.
